By purchasing Freebookol Software, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. This policy is an essential part of our Terms of Service, which also applies to your use and purchase of the Software. We strongly recommend reviewing this Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase, as it outlines your rights and includes important limitations and exclusions.

General

If you encounter technical issues with the Software that cannot be resolved by Freebookol's Customer Support Center, you may be eligible for a full refund as per the Refund Policy outlined below. Refund Conditions

In accordance with applicable law and the conditions of this Refund Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the reason for the refund complies with the conditions outlined below.

• Refunds can only be issued once. If you purchase another Freebookol subscription in the future, you will not be eligible for the same refund request.
• Refunds will not be issued for Subscription Prolongations, Upgrades, or Downgrades between Freebookol Subscription plans.
• A partial refund may be considered by the Billing Team with the customer's consent.
• Additionally, a processing fee of 9% of the original purchase amount may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Procedure

To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected].
2. Specify "Refund" as the subject of your email.
3. Include the following information in your email: the email address linked to your account, the payment method connected to your account, the transaction date and amount, and the reason for the return. A clear and specific reason for your return is required for your request to be considered.

Autorenewal Cancellation Instruction

To disable auto-subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Access User Space. Log in to your account and click on your account icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to Billing. Select the "Billing" option from the menu.
3. Disable Subscription. Look for the "Deactivate" button and click on it to turn off auto-renewal.

Chargeback Related

If a chargeback is initiated by your credit card company (or a similar action by another payment provider we accept) in relation to your purchase of any subscription plan(s), you agree that we may suspend access to all your accounts with us.

Account reactivation will be considered at our discretion and only after we receive the outstanding payment(s). A reinstatement fee of $25 (USD) applies.
